GRAPHICS AND BANNERS

All graphics and banners are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any damages during product installations.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All online custom orders are final and are not available for returns or exchanges.

STANDARD SITE ORDERS
Standard online orders (this DOES NOT include custom, graphics, or banners) can be returned or exchanged. See below for the return process. The items must meet the following terms:

– The package is unopened
– The product has no visual wear or tear

RETURN PROCESS
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from receiving the item and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Both initial and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Here are the following steps to return an item:

  1. Please contact us at info@LUXGraphicImaging.com to begin the return process. All returns must be approved before shipping.

  2. Once, the return has been approved, a label will be provided.

  3. Send the item back to our mailing address:
